ESD Polycarbonate Sheet
ESD polycarbonate sheet, also known as electrostatic dissipative polycarbonate, anti static polycarbonate, ESD polycarbonate is a polycarbonate sheet coated with the mixture of plastic and metal (antistatic coating layer), that prevents static electricity from being generated and electrostatic buildup on the surface of the polycarbonate sheet. The antistatic coating layer is permanent, it is not affected by weather, humidity, and fog.
In addition, the antistatic coating layer offers ESD polycarbonate excellent impact resistance and chemical resistance. The ESD polycarbonate is an ideal plastic sheet for any electrically conductive surfaces to protect from the hidden damage where electrostatic discharges for manufacturing applications.
Dilang ESD polycarbonate sheet is top quality polycarbonate sheet coated with the mixture between plastic and metal, we call it as the antistatic coating layer. The antistatic coating layer is colorless and odorless, can prevent static electricity generation on the surface. It is a permanent coating layer, not affected weather, humidity, and fog.
On manufacturing application, electrostatic discharges is an issue, that will be a hidden danger for equipment, people, product quality, therefore Dilang ESD polycarbonate sheet is the right solution to protect them from damage.
Dilang polycarbonate panels is used widely for dust-free factories, access panels, static control shields, printed circuit boards, instrument boxes, vision windows, electronic equipment enclosure, machine cover, machine guards.
